PhD research project on the learning process involved in transforming dissonance into reflexivity. Using an experiential learning method that integrates moments of dissonance, the study shows that students either suppress the dissonance through their habitual dissonance reduction strategies, or learn to reflect on these dissonance reduction strategies, leading to greater reflexivity.
