Employed at Letshego Bank Namibia since 2014 as a Refunds clerk under the Refunds department, later moved to Quality Assurance Department as a Quality Assurance Officer. In 2018, I moved to Sales department and worked as a Customer Experience Officer. 2023 I have been promoted and I’m currently the Stakeholder Engagement Business Partner under the Marketing department.I have acquired a Bachelors and Honors Degree in Journalism and Media Technology at the Namibia University of Science and Technology and now a Masters Degree candidate in the same field. I’m enrolled at University of Namibia as well, about to acquire a diploma in Visual Arts (2023), whereby I Majored in Art For Advertising and Fashion Studies.I have certificates in 🎭 Drama( I love acting), which I have acquired at the University of Namibia in 2011 and 2012.I have written articles in various Newspapers and Magazines such as the Simply You Magazine, The Namibian and New Era just to name a few, as I’m very passionate when it comes to writing ✍️ and I enjoy putting my journalism skills to practice. I have interned with the Namibian Broadcasting Corporation (NBC), as a News Producer in the Current Affairs Department. With all the skills, knowledge and experience iv acquired all these years, Im proud to say that I’m an expert in ;A sales environment, Finance, Video Production, Marketing, Broadcasting, Journalism, Video Directing, Voice Over, Events and Entertainment planning .
