Helping and serving customers comes effortlessly to me since I get to do what I enjoy, which is customer service, for which I have a deep passion. Because of this, when I worked as a cashier, I helped people make purchases and determine their needs.I also spent a year and a half serving a mission where I had to be able to interact well with new people every day in order to fulfill their needs and determine what message they genuinely needed. I have had numerous issues at work, but I was able to recognize and address them, which will be useful to me in solving issues in the future.In my current work I'm able to develop leadership abilities and cross-cultural communication skills. I enjoy what I do and occasionally serve as a tour guide at the villages in the center, which is a privilege because it allows me to share and educate others about Tonga and its culture. Doing all of these things simply inspires me to help others, and as a result, helping others and meeting their needs naturally comes naturally to me.
