As part of the management team of Cegeka Business Solutions - Real Estate I manage an enthusiastic and driven team of consultants. I am also the point of contact for our 20 customers in the south of the Netherlands. Customers can come to me with all their questions and challenges and I am happy to help them. Together we are responsible for the satisfaction of our customers and the quality of our services.

In my role as L&D officer I was responsible for learning en development within cegeka-dsa. I identified training needs within the organisation through job analysis and meetings with business managers and HR. I also designed and expanded training programs and made sure that these programs met all relevant stakeholders in the organization. I also produced training material for internal courses and evaluated these courses and training programs.

I developed the best practice process model for our ERP system (based on Dynamics NAV) Dynamics Empire. Worked in close cooperation with colleagues in the Netherlands and Romania to create a new product for Dynamics Empire. In this model all relevant processes in real estate (housing associations) are described and supplemented with work instructions. The clarity provided by this model will accelerate ERP implementations at our customers.

In this position I developed the educational programme, consisting of more than 40 classroom-based trainings. I also implemented a Learning Management System where I create knowledge tests for all the existing classroom-based trainings.Furthermore, I maintain and develop standard deliverables for our solution Dynamics Empire. Another thing I did is evaluating, optimizing and giving advice about our (operating) processes.

The Mulier Institute conducts applied and fundamental social scientific research into sport in all of its organisational and societal dimensions and forms. This research is commissioned by, and developed in consultation with, a multitude of organisations involved in sport policy and sport science. The institute’s work is based in the Netherlands, but it does not restrict its sphere of interest just to this small country. International contacts and the exchange of knowledge are vitally important. Initiatives for (and the acquisition of) international research and international comparative studies play a key role in the institute’s activities.My work as a research assistent included helping researchers by data processing, interviewing people and taking care of officemanagement.
