Started as junior member of a team but over the year was made responsible for the development and production of a dynamic cross-platform mobile application along with it's multiple API's for one of our clients with a projected user base of over 500 users.

Founded in the 70's the Percy Norman Swim Club is a long standing club that has substantially grown over the past 5 years to consist of approximately 200 swimmers coached by 30 or so coaches. With competitive swimming placing such a high demand on its athletes Percy Norman Swim Club provides a non competitive environment that instills the same mentalities, morals and skills of a more demanding program.

This application is a proof-of-concept prototype for the Dallas Cowboys that intelligently parses large records of played media datasets.• Created ReSTful WebAPIs using .NET and C# working with a back-end adhering to MVC patterns which validates document data and saves them into MS SQL using stored procedures and LINQ.• Developed a responsive Angular client that handles documents and D3.js for data visualization.• Led team through Agile practices such as SCRUMs, sprints and backlogs prioritization leading to completion of all essential requirements prior to release

The international School of Bogor is a small school with Approximately 60 students ranging from 3 year olds up to 16 year olds. While running and teaching full time all subjects to the grade 6 – 9 class I was also a member of senior management and coordinated the IB PYP curriculum for 10 teachers throughout their different individual classrooms. Tallis acted as the schools IB Primary Years Program coordinator for the school. During his time at the school he was preparing for an upcoming IB evaluation visit. He spear headed this successful school wide year long project that required the contributions and collaboration from the entire school community.

Mataram Area, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia

Science Department Head with a teaching load including Cambridge A/AS-Level Biology, Cambridge IGCSE Science, Junior Science years 7 and 8. Worked with Indonesian co-teachers as we amalgamated both international and national curriculums into the units and lessons so that students were prepared to write both international and national assessments.

One year contracted position for the Canadian B.C. overseas school in Dalian. Duties included Junior Science 10,FPC Pre-Calculus 10 and Senior Biology.

Managed staff, prepared and implemented the training and competitive season for a very talented group of 12 year old swimmers.
