Developing a workflow management tool, building a real-time status report and daily managing the Quality Review team (15 FTE)Service Delivery Lead for 50 FTETasks: Process- and team development within a large Dutch bank, which was responsible for both migrating 32.000 direct debit contracts into SEPA DD contracts as internal SEPA knowledge management by providing service desk services. Besides a proven 15% efficiency gain, also launched a SEPA service desk in Ireland using our best practices from the Dutch model.Team lead Social MediaTasks: For an airline company developing a Social Media service desk process servicing English and Spanish. Objective was to have the team (6 FTE) to respond swift and correctly to relevant public posts on Facebook and Twitter. This included: recruitment, training, developing quality assurance methods and managing service levels. Consultant change managementTasks: Given a reorganization in a Dutch mail company, many processes impacting 25.000 employees on national level needed to be redefined. Leading brainstorm sessions with various process experts, consolidating in professional process flows and detailed procedures, testing and implementation on national level.
