With over 120 partners to date, as well as a convening of over 30 Utah 'grass tops' stakeholders in 2021 to create a "Vision for Early Childhood in Utah," It's been a joy to lead this project. We've reached thousands and thousands of children with brain building science via trusted voices in their communities like pediatricians, hearing specialists, teachers, and childcare professionals, to help families connect in more healthy serve-and-return interactions, preparing children for friends, school, and life--both now and in the future. • Leading project team and empowering 120+ partners, thousands of families across Utah with early learning strategies and brain-building science.• Convened 30 stakeholders to execute a statewide “Vision for Early Childhood in Utah.”o Shepherded series of hybrid meetings with strong egos, powerful leaders, and competing ideas for future, to agree on common principles.o Established groundwork for future work in the field.Key results• Intermountain Health – Implementation in12 hospitals and several clinics statewide. o Employed training materials, caregiver- and family-facing messaging. • 30,000 families per year reached every year with high quality brain-building science from trusted service providers. • KSL – 5b45kids.org - Statewide ad campaign and online presence powered by our content and strategic vision with KSL.
