I learned, followed, and in some cases improved procedures to give guests the best possible experience while staying with us. Duties included (but were not limited to) assisting guests with selecting tours or other outing selections, coordinating with vendors and processing payments for tours, documenting and attempting to return to the owners items that were lost, orienting large groups of guests to the lodge to make their arrival smoother, making room reservations, and documenting any incidents or illnesses that guests experienced.
