One of four Founding Partners that served as an Expert Witness in forensic accounting, business valuation, economic damage calculations and computer forensics litigation. Gathered data, performed analyses and compiled reports ultimately used as expert witness reports in support of the Attorney or client’s position. Testified in court regarding forensic accounting issues. Spent one month in Taiwan gathering and analyzing data during a patent infringement and trade secret case; helped to defend the company against an alleged $1B in damages, resulting in a judgment less than $1M. Led a data extraction process during a large non-competition case, resulting in the dismissal of the case against certain employees with no damages to other employees involved. Performed market analysis of new opportunities and opened the firm’s Boise office; managed the firm’s Boise and Las Vegas locations.

Served as Staff Accountant for Expert Witness work in forensic accounting, business valuations and economic damage calculations. Handled litigation case work while delivering decisive leadership to the team. Instrumental in helping a client defend against alleged $13M value for company during a shareholder dissolution case; company ultimately paid $1.5M value to buy out shareholder.
