My position as a technical writer, and more recently an eLearning specialist, involves researching, organizing, and ultimately creating online coursework for state-approved certifications. The company services a variety of professionals from real estate brokers, to mortgage loan originators, insurance providers, plumbers, contractors, electricians, and more, by providing coursework that satisfies state-required licensing education. I write outlines, coursework, videos, activities, exams, and assessments, as well as a variety of documentation including timed outlines, revision documents, exam keys, and more to fit state-provided requirement (which vary by state in their required topics, lengths, etc.). I work directly with subject matter experts, video production teams and customers, as well as indirectly with state officials. I am experienced in the verticals of real estate, mortgage loan origination, and insurance. This role requires advanced writing skills, clear communication, technical aptitude with eLearning platforms, and adept ability to understand complex topics and translate them into comprehensive education.

Personal Vehicle Driver. Delivering packages safely and efficiently from the Medford Hub.

This this was a join project done with Transcent JP with oversight from JFOODO. My production team was flown to southern Japan where we documented a fourth generation master tea producer. From their website: "Established by Kamimizu Sousuke, the Kamimizu family has been growing tea in Miyazaki Prefecture for over 120 years. Today, the family farms without the use of pesticides and without the use of fertilizers in order create tea according the biorhythm of the tea plants." The video in its entirety was produced by my business partner and myself. Though my primary roles for this project were Director and Cinematographer I also worked as second editor, colorist, assistant translator and contributed by means of consultation throughout the process.

Peak holiday seasonal driver – DOT medical exam and commercial motor vehicle certification. As well as Integrad graduate (UPS' notoriously high standard 7 day intensive training program). This role required excellent driving skills, quick thinking, acute vision, strong organizational skills, and efficient and effective customer care.

It has been my great pleasure to work cross-culturally between the Craft Beer world of Japan and the US west coast. I was not only able to utilize my videography skills, but also incorporate my Japanese language skills and years of historical and cultural studies. This project was done in conjunction with Tortoise Agency and the Drink in a New Language campaign. It was done with the over site of Jfoodo. For this project I worked primarily as the lead editor and colorist. Along with the video work, I also consulted for the ad campaign, providing cross-cultural incite as well as additional support for translation. This project was done in collaboration with Elijah Sprints.

I have worked as a Portrait Photographer for a Holiday/Customer Appreciation party since 2016. Each year I set-up a small studio in one of the offices and act as a manned photo-booth for the duration of the party. This role relies on interpersonal skills, customer service, technical knowledge of studio/flash photography, and client management.

I have done a great many projects with the Corvallis 12 piece funk band DTW. Despite Their Worry I was happy to do more than just photo and video services and ended up providing their design and website as well. Similarly, I had been involved with their home-grown festival in the park Funk in the Forest, which is now going on its 7th year. The festival and accompanying logo have gone on to acquire notoriety among the locals through various campaigns and merchandising. This role required primarily technical and practical photography and editing, Brand Design, Logo Design, and strong Communication Skills.

Working primarily with the Contruction Crew, I work seasonally flushing out creative ideas to best represent and express the views of the entire crew. I created various design for print and digital media. Most designs were created for commemorative stickers, sweaters, and shirts. This role primarily relies on interpersonal skills, visual communication, and technical file competency.

Package handler and runner. I was responsible for customer interactions and delivering packages safely and efficiently.

Working as a grounds man for a full service tree crew, I helped with everything from planting to full removals. I ran the chipper, performed ground-based saw work, landscaped, and provided rope support for the climber. I held the role part time as a means to service my community and work with my body outside.

This was a self-run natural food demonstration business. I contracted with new or already strong brands to effectively reach customers via table-top displays and product sampling. I was responsible for all aspects of business, including scheduling the demo's, arranging the products and necessary materials, engaging and informing shoppers, providing extensive documentation, and even brokering sales. This role required managing multiple clients simultaneously, efficient and effective communication, detailed organization, as well as strong interpersonal skills.

I contracted for Dare for over a month. With Michelle we came up with a full design package, which culminated in a website. This role required primarily customer service, communication skills, time management, and technical and creative skills.

Cashier and Customer Service Agent. Skills include POS, knowledge of gardening and basic botany, managing stock, as well as procedure for stocking sometimes harsh minerals. Checking out customers on their purchases as well as informing them on the many varied agricultural supplies sold.

Official Title: Conversation Partner. Tutored International students in the written and spoken English. Helping them expand vocabulary through conversation practice as well as providing general assistance to homework and the daily struggles of studying abroad.

Responsibilities included preparing, selling, and serving various drinks, as well as cleaning, closing, and running the till. Requires attention to detail, highly functional and precise multitasking skills, quick and accurate math skills (all transactions are done on the spot in your head), as well as good temperament and conversations skills to efficiently socialize with regular customers.
