At To The T Decor & Design, our inspiration comes from the desire to make our clients' home selling experience more simple and less burdensome. We do this by providing our clients with unique, warm, and inviting interior design that will enhance the appearance of their home.

Remotely supported overall project management status reporting and process. Leveraged various tools for streamline communication between all team members. Managed and influenced project team to meet business commitments. Joined company after 4 years as a homemaker, mom and community volunteer.

Monitored the quality, quantity, cost, and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods including transportation, stock control, warehousing, and control systems for a $10 million inventory. Allocated and managed staff resources.

Designed sheet metal parts with 3-D solid and surface models in Pro-E and Visio wiring layout drawings for government defense programs. Created Y-Order, Engineering Instructions (EI), and COTS software documents for programs. Uploaded and monitored Universal Shop Orders for the production of designed parts.

Managed the civil engineering and architectural consultants designing Wal-Mart stores, Supercenters, and Sam's Clubs in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Supervised up to 20 support staff on projects with budgets totaling more than $30 million. Prepared site work and building contracts. Coordinated with attorneys in preparing closing documents.

Prepared design documents and assisted in maintaining design file records. Performed structural analyses of steel lattice transmission towers using tower module of PLS CAD and prepared reports for clients. Conducted field inspections of fiber optic cable including measuring depth of insulation and documenting photographical information.
