I worked across all delivery partners in order to drive the delivery of interfaces successfully managing the team unlocking testable integrated functionality for the programme. - Successfully led the Data Migration team (5 FTEs) across 8 cycles migrating 8,245 employees, 6 and a half years of history and over 1 million records of data from the clients legacy source system to Oracle Cloud. - Chairing troubleshooting workshops, tracking and managing issues, KPIs, reporting governance to client and senior stakeholders, planning migration cycles with project dependencies and creating the migration run book. Resulting in the cutover migration cycle completing 2 and a half days ahead of plan.- Built the project plan, ran the E2E programme plan across all workstreams internal and client. Managing milestones, dependencies, deliverables and critical path to report on the overall project position.

Managed requirements and represented IBM in programme governance (Client led and cross organisational). Coordinated requirements process across ~ 50 FTEs and 6 global locations. Reviewed and processed over 7,000 User Stories. Balanced client needs with the IBM commercial position; ultimately protecting IBM’s commercial position through closing the scope. Led the change team responsible for performing an initial impact assessment to IBM owned components and commercial change for all new requirements. Rejected CRs where: requirements were not clear, not aligned to programme objectives and planning timelines would be compromised. Aligned CR’s to programme delivery and factored timelines into the plan, managing the E2E process of ~ 230 CRs with a value < £1.5m. Integrated Planning Lead for CORM, ran the E2E release planning, dependencies, critical path and timelines across multiple delivery organisations and IBM 3rd parties, running a process to manage and minimise change and ensure CORM delivered on time. CORM delivered 92% of CR’s on time and 100% of CR’s before any other delivery organisation.
