Administrative Secretary
Current- Maintain attendance data for each staff member, recording attendance, absences, substitutes, and other required information. Prepare attendance reports, coordinated with payroll data, as required.
- Maintain and report bi-weekly payroll as well as handle discrepancies with pay.
- Issue end of the year contacts to staff members detailing length of renewal and compensation.
- Interprets and administers leave programs and policies in accordance with the applicable federal and state employment laws (FMLA, ADA, USERRA, Pregnancy Discrimination Act, etc.).
- Ensures that the workers’ compensation program is managed in accordance with applicable OSHA and workers’ compensation laws.
- Accept phone calls directed to the Principal. Screen calls, evaluate nature of call and resolve or re-direct.
