Responsibilities:@Personal Care:*Assistance with showering and personal care.*Assistance with personal grooming activities such as (shaving, hair care, dental care and nail care).*Continence and bowel care and medication reminders.*Help with morning wake up and evening bed time routines. *Assistance for cooking food and maintain client diet plan.@Special Care:*Mobility (Hoist usage) - transferring from bed to chair, chair to bed by hoist and ensure safe mobility around the home and outside.*This care is specially for Tetraplegia, Disability, epileptic, Spinal Cord Injury, Brain Injury and Neurological Condition Client.*Provide special care assistance for stroke and dementia patients.*Give medication in accordance to the prescription.@Home Management:*Washing, drying, ironing and storing personal and household laundry.*Routine household tasks, including cleaning, vacuuming, dusting and disposing of rubbish as appropriate.*Assisting with preparation of adequate, nutritious, varied and well-presented meals.*Bed changing and bed making. Washing and drying of dishes and utensils.
