With over six years of experience as a vocational rehabilitation consultant, I help injured workers return to work safely and effectively. As part of the WorkSafeBC team, I assess the functional abilities, vocational interests, and transferable skills of clients, and develop and implement individualized return to work plans. I also collaborate with employers, health care providers, and other stakeholders to facilitate the reintegration of workers into the workforce. My credentials as a Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional (CVRP) and my background in Kinesiology and exercise science enable me to provide evidence-based and client-centered services. I am passionate about supporting the recovery and well-being of workers, and contributing to the mission of WorkSafeBC to protect and improve the health and safety of British Columbians. I am always eager to learn new skills and best practices, and to share my knowledge and expertise with my colleagues and the community.
