As a member of the Senior IT Management Team be responsible for the overall management and performance of information technology and systems in the region:- Implement agreed strategies and associated plans;- Implement and maintain the company wide standards and policies;- Develop, maintain and review the company project program in partnership with the IT Services Coordinator /Group Directors of IT. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule that meets the agreed objectives and business needs;- Manage and review IT projects;- Be responsible for the management of IT and systems risk and compliance;- Lead the IT department and ensure that the staff is aligned with Belmond’s vision, mission, values and strategic priorities;- To communicate and provide recommendations to the Regional Senior management in areas of IT expertise;- Ensure the continued, uninterrupted operation of the hotels, regional offices and other business units, IT infrastructure and systems required for the company’s services, secure from threats and operating within agreed performance metrics;- Plan and manage the departmental budget and the IT capital expenditure program for EMEA and APAC regions;- Implement a continuous measurement, review, audit and benchmarking process to monitor the security, capacity and performance of systems;- Negotiate and monitor Service Level Agreements ( SLA ) for local systems/vendors . Monitor and Report performance on centrally agreed SLA’s for the business units within EMEA and APAC region;- Work with the Regional Senior Management and IT Services Coordinator to plan schedules and priorities and respond to any major issues.

Security – To ensure that the cybersecurity measures and policies are effective and , when cyber security incidents occur , mitigation and proper communication with senior management is provided in timely mannerCompliance- Act as the key contact with the internal and external audit entities to ensure that compliance requirements (e.g COSO 2013, SOX and ISO2700x) and internal IT policies are implemented correctly in all Belmond sites. The Security and compliance also monitors the implementation of remediation plans when those are required and provides updates to senior management.• Analyse daily vulnerability and exploit monitoring, escalating findings and remediating as required.• Design Network Access Control solutions across the enterprise, ensuring that all pre-requisite infrastructure components are in place first.• Formulating and implementing intrusion detection and prevention and data loss prevention methodologies and architecture.• Formulating and documenting the methodology and procedure to be followed for periodic campus • In case of data breaches or security incidents provide mitigation measures in collaboration with Security Provider and provide accurate and updated to the senior IT leadership• Assist with drafting and monitoring of Company IT policies and procedures relating with cyber security and regulatory compliance• Assist with evaluating critical organization cyber security risks • Liaise with the internal and external auditors in the preparation of the yearly audit cycle• Ensure that the ITGC’s and other regulatory controls are in place in all Belmond business units• Assist internal and external auditors during the audit cycle • Review and approve in collaboration with the Head of IT audit remediation plans and monitor and report progress • Assist with preparation of quarterly Cybersecurity and compliance updates for the Audit Committee and any other ad hoc reporting required.• Monitoring and ensuring businesses are PCI compliant

As the Regional Project Manager, my role is to coordinate, supervise and manage the current HSIA & IPTV projects across Middle East & Africa continent.I'm responsible for coordinating with the customers, vendors and partners in order to keep the project going smoothly and keep the customer expectations.As I'm part of the Operations Team, I'm also committed to the post installations tasks and follow up, like the day by day support, keep the service running and the client satisfaction.
