After taking sabbatical for a while have completed the Data Science and Analytics training from Palin Analytics India

Leading the data migration on technology front. working with diversified team spread across different geographies. Liaison with Key stakeholders from business and Vendor management to ensure the end-to-end delivery. Responsible for Data modeling and technical design, Data Migration Architect and coordination with vendor teams and consultants associated with the project. Key stakeholders included - Branch Admins and entire sales teams for EMEA and ASIA region, ED technology, Vendors and consultants from US and India.

GE Corporate - Asset Management, Single security Master data management project : Involved as a lead in end to end project cycle - • Analyzing Master data requirements and challenges.• Preparing High level system design and low level ETL design specifications.• Design reusable components to be used across the streams.• Leading the team to prepare technical specs, design documents, Operational Job Description docs for Appworx scheduling, UTP, STP, Data Flow Diagrams, Appworx flow diagrams, and mapping specifications.• Designing Real Time ETL components to load Master data from Goldensource MDM tool into data warehouse.• SQL optimization/Tuning.• Production move and Post Production support.

Worked as Teradata Consultant and Business Analyst at Barclays headquarters in Commercial Banking division. Trained Barclays MIS team staff to render them self-sufficient in Teradata so that they are able to develop solutions required by business stakeholders. As a business analyst and Teradata Consultant, was instrumental in delivering key MIS solutions pertaining to UK Banking Accounts, Income and Margin, Treasury and Currency Hedging MI and VAPM Base lining

Worked with GE Commercial Finance started as lead developer and gradually became project Leader and Technology specialist on various Production support and development projects. Worked on varied technologies including Informatica, Business Objects, Qlikview, Oracle, Sql server etc in a global team with successful onshore-offshore model. and PMM methodology. Became six sigma green belt certified and completed DMAIC project. Worked as Internal Auditor for quality and compliance.
