Teaching classes ranging from Ballet (Classical and Lyrical), Jazz, Tap, Technique/ Flexibility, Gymnastics to students ranging in age of two (2) years old to eighteen (18) years old. I am also responsible for hosting birthday parties at the studio for all ages which includes set up and tear down at the end of the event.

My responsibilities included but were not limited to Greeting the customers upon entrance to the store, Communicating with the customer to help them figure out what was needed, Assist the customer in finding the products or animals they had come looking for. If they came for a product (such as food, treats, toys, medicine) I would then proceed to ringing them out at the cash register and if necessary assisting them to their car. If on the other end they had come in to look at an animal (dogs, cats, birds, bunnies, hamsters) I would then assist them in first taking the animal out of its cage and taking them into a controlled play room to help introduce the customer to the pet. I would then make sure to give them all information regarding the animal (health, birthday, pedigree, supplies that come with them, what they need, vet checks, and finally price). Petland is known for having higher prices so if questioned I was to inform them of all of the benefits that come with the dogs so they understand what all they are paying for. Finally if the deal was sealed I was then in charge of assisting them in collecting all products needed to take home with the animal, finishing up all contracts involved in purchasing the animal and finally ringing them out and helping them and their new friend out to their car.
