Oral Health America's mission is to change lives by connecting communities with resources to drive access to care, increase health literacy and advocate for policies that improve overall health through better oral health for all Americans, especially those most vulnerable.In my role as Chief Advancement Officer, I serve as a key leadership team member and am an active participant in making strategic decisions affecting Oral Health America. In partnership with the CEO, I am responsible for all Development and Communications activities that include working to design and implement a comprehensive plan for developing key external alliances and philanthropic support.

The mission of the Metropolitan Chicago Breast Cancer Task Force is to save women’s lives by eliminating health disparities in Illinois, through the lens of breast cancer. We address women’s health holistically with the goal of eliminating inequities in prevention, screening, diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship for all women. In this senior leadership position, responsible for managing fundraising and communications activities for the Task Force, including but not limited to, individual solicitations, special events, corporate grants and sponsorships, and foundation relations. Working collaboratively across the organization to engage board members, committee members, volunteers, executive leadership and management identify opportunities for philanthropic support and sponsorship.

The Family Institute at Northwestern University is committed to strengthening and healing families from all walks of life through clinical service, education and research. Headquartered in Evanston, the Institute offers a wide range of high quality mental health counseling through a staff practice and sliding-fee scale clinic, which is committed to serving at-risk, under-resourced communities. A non-profit affiliate of Northwestern University, The Family Institute operates two nationally-renowned graduate programs in counseling and marriage and family therapy and conducts cutting-edge research projects that lead to a better understanding and treatment of mental health issues.My role is to provide leadership and management of the direction, planning, and execution of fundraising and development related activities for The Family Institute. I also provide overall management of the development team's operating plan, budget, income goals, and database. Additionally, it is my role to create an annual strategic plan for the development team. As such, I am responsible for the execution and management of a comprehensive annual giving program, I manage of a portfolio of individual prospects and donors, and am responsible for the cultivation of private foundation support.

The mission of the Dystonia Medical Research Foundation (DMRF) is to advance research for more treatments and ultimately a cure, to promote awareness and education, and to support the needs and well being of affected individuals and families.The membership of the DMRF is comprised of individuals living with all forms dystonia, their friends and families, donors, healthcare professionals, and researchers, uniting people of all backgrounds and abilities to better serve those living with dystonia.Directs and oversees all DMRF fund development efforts to achieve annual revenue goals supporting the program priorities of the Foundation.

The primary mission of C200 and its Foundation is to foster, celebrate and advance women's leadership in business. Our membership organization offers current leaders access to unique programming plus an unparalleled professional and personal network of their peers. In this role, I worked to further the philanthropic efforts of the Foundation. Activities included individual donor stewardship and cultivation, special events and direct mail.

The mission of Rush is to provide the best health care for the individuals and diverse communities we serve through the integration of outstanding patient care, education, research and community partnerships.In this role, I served as part of the Annual Giving team, which focused on direct mail, donor stewardship and cultivation, the Anchor Cross giving society and tribute gifts.

Volunteers of America is a national nonprofit organization providing local human service programs and the opportunity for individual and community involvement. Here I managed the communications of the organization, including the creation and oversight of internal and external newsletters, the Annual Report and direct mail.
