My approach when working with individuals and organisations is to identify their growth needs & develop achievable, actionable strategies in order to achieve their goals.Whether it be an allied health practitioner looking to build their knowledge & skills in managing musculoskeletal pathologies, to developing strategies to reach their niche market, or an organisation looking to coach their allied health staff to improve the quality of their care & injury recovery outcomes.My experience as a business owner & musculoskeletal podiatrist has seen me work across a range of private clinical settings including; private clinical practice & private hospital rehabilitation units. I also enjoy the opportunity I have been given to help shape the new clinicians entering our profession via my university lecturing & clinical supervision roles. I have worked within the Workers' Compensation space managing a range of complex physical & psychological cases of injured workers, in addition to contributing to projects centered around improving return-to-work outcomes.After 16 years working within allied health my passion and commitment to sharing knowledge and helping practitioners & organisations achieve the best possible injury outcomes continues to grow.
