• Assist Senior Lawyers in area of corporate, M&A, foreign investment into Vietnam, commercial matters, banking and finance, employment, taxation, and internal policies; • Draft and give legal advice as requested by clients under the supervision of Senior Lawyers; and• Draft and review a wide range of contracts and other relevant legal documents in relation to the clients’ matters.

• Assist Junior Lawyers/ Senior Lawyers to make researches in area of corporate and M&A, foreign investment into Vietnam, commercial matters, banking and finance, employment, taxation, and internal policies; • Prepare application dossiers for the registration at competent authorities and handle all incurred matters thereof; and• Draft and revise a wide range of contracts and other relevant legal documents in relation to the clients’ matters.

• Make legal researches to assist Head of Legal and Compliance Department to give legal advice to related departments;• Assist Compliance Manager to prepare internal regulations/procedures for functional departments; and• Other tasks assigned by the Head of the Legal and Compliance Department.

• Initially review contracts in relation to the Company’s operation and insurance policies;• Make legal researches on insurance, tax, civil issues, or contracts, … to give legal advice to relevant departments; and• Prepare dossiers to get approvals or licenses.
