This solution helped in the daily work of Customer Care and Operation team. UPS customers could track their parcel in live when Field Staff scanned it with this android app. This solution played a vital role in UPS courier business. I was responsible for customization in Local developed applications, bug fixing, report generation, and ERP modification. For UPS customers, Online Pickup tool (www.upsbd-pickup.com) was developed in a web-based platform. Customers could log in and request for Pickup without calling customer care. Worked with designers, Front End and project management staff to capture requirements for the functional elements of website projects. Also responsible for liaising with clients and ensuring that all work carried out complies with standards and guidelines.
