Managing the compliance in the marketing department. Review and approval of all marketing contents. Communication and implementation of the guidelines by the Compliance Directors of each subsidiary.Responsibilities:• Ensure adherence to the specified regulations standards while performing daily internal monitoring procedures.• Verify that all defined regulatory policies and procedures have been documented, and ensure implementation of compliance-related policies and procedures in the Marketing department.• Providing assistance to internal or external auditors.• In cases of compliance standard violations, collaborate with our advocates to ensure the implementation of consistent disciplinary action strategies.• Where required, submit appropriate compliance reports with regulatory authorities in jurisdictions mandating reports.
