A dedicated and self-motivated project consultant with a diverse financial background ranging from experience in accounting, sales, residential mortgage, and commercial banking. I began my career in the commercial lending space 11 years ago, which lends to my in-depth knowledge of the loan servicing and closing process. I've been given the opportunity to work in several industries, acquiring an outstanding skill set. I thrive in fast paced, dead-line driven environments, where making decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations is the norm. My well-rounded background in Operations allowed me to pivot into a consulting role, where I’ve spent the past 4 years serving as a liaison between Operations and Technology, supporting various business disciplines, coordinating moderate to complex business initiatives, requiring a solid understanding of each business group's functional area products. I plan and manage all aspects of User Acceptance Testing across a scaled Agile delivery model where multiple product teams are executing against a release train. I must frequently interact with Scrum and Kanban feature teams as well as other stakeholders to support large scale projects for the Loan IQ platform and other software applications, collaborating with all organizational levels to ensure an efficient output. I have a proven track record in consistently delivering every quarter, and going the extra mile to ensure project deliverables are met. I drive accountability for assigned initiatives, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, while limiting risk exposure.Over the years, I have built an outstanding rapport with multiple stakeholder groups including lines of businesses, Operations, and Technology.
