• Recruiting participants – job descriptions, sourcing, interviews• Training volunteers; groups, and individuals• Training knowledge development and professional knowledge maintenance

• Guiding young women towards academic studies – occupational orientation, dropout prevention, and support coping with personal challenges• Group facilitator and professional content developer – The group provided the young women with a sense of belonging, support, and a source of knowledge

• Personal guidance for young people: diagnosis and identification of occupational tendencies and creation of a personal work plan• Referral to academic or professional studies, training, and providing tools for integration into the employment market

• Leading and facilitating groups of volunteers and cooperating with officials at the different educational centers (middle/high schools, youth centers etc…).• Leading the recruitment process for new volunteers: conducting personal interviews, ongoing contact with candidates and training the recruiting team and vounteers. • Leading the group seminars - organizing content, activities and logistics of mass participation (400 participants).

Leading a team of youth guides- recruiting, instructing and training. Making a work plan and executing it- leading educational processes, holding events and budget management.Leading strategy for all youth department activities and cooperating with Gezer council officials.
