My primary role is to assist in the smooth running of the recruitment pipeline by reviewing and supporting workflow allocations to the team. Some of the key accountabilities include consulting with other key advisors to check and ensure pipeline from enquiry to enrolment, ensuring all students receive a seamless experience by resolving blockages and process failures.

My key role is to receive and qualify inbound enquiries for courses and short courses through to their referral on to the relevant academic area to decide suitability to continue to enrolment. Key roles include: •Understanding of required course information using available resources. •Review and interpret student Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) test results, and evaluate Pre-Training Reviews (PTR) submissions to assess the student’s suitability for specific courses. •To conduct interviews with students to further assess suitability in relation to PTR responses which includes the determination about the student’s application based on the PTR and LLN results.
