CurrentMain Focus: Leading group-wide intiatives, I primarily handle software transformation projects.Project Manager of the below projects:• Microsoft D365 F&O implementation across FMCG, Supply Chain & Logistics organizations.• Microsoft D365 Human Capital Management vertical implementation organization wide. • Implementing an investment D365 vertical • Implementing Ivanti EMP and ITSM solutions• Migration of reports and applications to vision-approved platform.• Lead implementer of a company-wide SharePoint solution to enhance collaboration and efficiency. • Identify, source, negotiate, and implement a project management tool. • Organize a workshop on the principles and methodologies of project management.Responsibilities include:• Lead projects phases of initiation, planning & execution and closing.• Plan, coordinate, manage and document projects to successfully deliver value to the customer.• Responsible for the governance, reporting and identification of issues associated with the projects.• Implement strategies for affecting change management and helping people to adapt.• Deliver projects in the agreed timescale and budget.• Manage delivery teams consisting of various technical teams and any third party. • Managing stakeholders associated with projects.• Create, maintain and update all project documents including but not limited to Project initiation documents, scope of works, work packages, , project plans and issue/Action and risks registers.• Negotiate and communicate with suppliers. • Complete full risk analysis to manage, mitigate or avoid delays.• Produce regular updates reports for submission and presentation internally and externally for projects.
