Fitness and Wellness is my passion. Started with taking my certification and teaching Kundalini Yoga, followed by Zumba (included: Zumba, Zumba Kids, Zumba Toning, Zumba Step, Zumba Sentao, Zumba Gold, Strong Nation), Piyo, Pound (including: Generation Pound and Level Up), and also Yin Yoga Training. Contracting to venues and managing my own classes, as well. My passion is working with all ages 0-100. I teach children, adults and Seniors. I offer both live and virtual.
