I am a driven, self motivated Registered Nurse. I have experience as a float nurse, labor and delivery and currently school nursing. I have my Masters in Nursing Education and love to teach, motivate and cultivate teamwork. I am currently receiving my Doctorate in Nursing Practice and Leadership at Boise State University, while working full time as a Lead School Nurse. In my school nurse position I create health plans for students with medical needs, train staff on their care and ensure students are safe while at school. I also mentor and foster teamwork as a Lead School Nurse for my department.
