As a Duty Manager, my main responsibility was ensuring myself and my team were upholding KFC’s High standards to ensure that we passed internal inspections such as ROCC and external inspections such as environmental health inspections. On a day to day basis I had to conduct a thorough sales analysis to make sure that when forecasting it would be reflective of the day at hand.. I also had to carry out the administrative role of the business, setting sales targets and controlling the store's money movement as I was trusted with both access to the safe and keys to the store. One shift I was managing a team of between eight and twelve people assigning them adequate tasks and putting aces in their places to prioritize the needs of the business day, to ensure the smooth running of the business day and food safety and hygiene standards and company policies were maintained. It is also my responsibility to assist my manager in aiding the training of team members and assisting in the day to day running of the business by maintaining stock and creating accurate sales , to make sure targets were met, standards were and maintained with a strong focus on outstanding customer service.
