I am a seasoned and strategic healthcare senior executive serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Providence Clinical Network in Alaska. My mission is to improve the health and well-being of the communities we serve by improving organizational performance, building community and physician relations, driving transformational change, and fostering market growth. I am proud of the team that I serve with; They are smart, talented, and most importantly, they know what's most important and they are truly here to serve our patients and our caregivers - our community. I am passionate about innovation and design, and while I champion continuous quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient care and outcomes, they're usually the great ideas from those around me, this team is amazing! Together, we have improved the organizational culture, achieved high caregiver engagement and cultivated strong physician relations and alignment. I am also thrilled that they are joining me in my drive to support causes that invest in inclusive and healthy communities, such as Special Olympics Alaska, where I serve as a board officer, board chair, and volunteer.
