I'm currently working as head of the division Cleaning and Catering services at City of Ghent. Because the division Cleaning and Catering offers services for and by people, our HR policy also has to be sustainable en innovative. Step by step investments in well being and job satisfaction are indispensable. The City has a sustainable and innovative policy that I'm trying to translate into the procurement of food, cleaning services and cleaning products. All this is also shared in a European Union context as I'm also working together with other European cities on these subjects. Show less
