• Maintain all incoming and outgoing documents• Manage the flow of documentation within organization• Ensure that all documents are up to date• Distribute and ensure documents are being followed• Train employees on how to use and access the documents• Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients• Communicate, collaborate, and distribute documents to all levels of the project team and external parties• File documents in physical/digital records and ensure appropriate storage

• Educate museum visitors about historical and tangible/intangible values the museum collections• Promote museum into public, through workshops, exhibitons and social media• Involve the museum activities which held by museum itself and Yogyakarta cultural department• Prepare and arrange the collection museum based on appropriate curator and prepator museum methods
