Tamara Caesar holds the position of IBS Business Analyst; in her role, she is responsible for aligning technology strategies with corporate goals utilizing complex enterprise business solutions. She works for the business and satisfies its objectives and priorities which reflect the value delivered as requirements are transformed into solutions fit for purpose. Her experience lies with the company’s main CRM software IBS whilst at the same time maximizing other technologies such as Oracle and Business Intelligence Tools to deliver results, facilitate business excellence, competitive advantage and maximization of technology investments. She is based at DIRECTV Trinidad and Tobago office.Prior to joining the DIRECTV in 2007, Tamara worked as a Real Estate Agent, where she focused on the use of web and graphic applications to generate leads for property sales and rentals within a highly competitive market. Her first sale for the business occurred just three months from launch. Earlier in her career, Tamara spent over a decade in General Administration, Customer Service, Graphic Arts and Information Systems for various local businesses and groups promoting local culture through country’s entertainment industry.Tamara is currently pursuing her BSc (Hons) Computing and Information Systems at SBCS, Trinidad. She is fond of athletics, basketball, art and is working on developing Spanish as a second language. Her inspiration stems from doing what she loves, what she is born to do and what she’s great at consistently to create an impact that ripples far beyond its intentional value.
