Utilizing my art background with the education of gemology, I custom design personal pieces to treasure for a lifetime. Quality standards and customer inspiration drive my designs. I have years of experience with customer services in order to converse clearly and understand the needs for any job, whether it be repair to custom designs. My decades of jewelry and luxury goods has exposed me to beautiful stones and expert quality throughout the industry.

I have completed USRowing coaching courses and have current certification. I bring the knowledge and experiences to my daily practices for sweep and sculling techniques. I teach sweep rowing to all levels of athletes, novice and varsity men and women, and privately coached our varsity women in sculling. Most of my years were as an assistant coaching the novice women and varsity men. Coach for the middle school rec division. I apply learned unique teachings to grow the athlete without hindering the esteem.I have an understanding of various brands and models and designs of boats as well, and am able to make minor repairs and adjustments to assure a fluid stroke for a rower and coxswain.

Customer service is a continuance at every job level established with sales, inquiries, and problem solving. Appraise and maintain inventory through reviewing inbound invoices, QC of incoming merchandise and pricing for a retail establishment. Daily engagement with multiple platforms of work programs including Microsoft office. Conduct clear communication directly with vendors, and perform as buyer for inventory, as well as reconcile accounts payable issues. Maintain professional channel of communication with over 100 vendors and merchants. Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales, service accounting, recordkeeping, and in receiving and shipping operations. I must successfully execute multiple levels of responsibility to be manager.

I taught sweep rowing to all levels of athletes, novice and varsity men and women. I assisted in coaching the novice women and varsity men. I learned along the way different unique teachings to grow the athlete without hindering their esteem. I want to make sure that a child who struggles will not be ignored or will not be given up on.
