Listening to the needs of others and formulating solutions comes naturally to me. Channelling my B. Communications (Hons) degree, I cared for travellers for nearly 30 years as cabin crew for our national airline. I turned my attention and problem-solving abilities to formulating solutions for stubborn skincare issues that developed after the birth of my son. My love affair with cosmetic formulation was born and has become a consuming passion, one that has led me down the path to qualifying as a cosmetic chemist, becoming a finalist in Provital’s Rising Stars International Formulating Challenge 2022 where my winning formulation together with the video presentation, is currently published in Provital’s CareMotives™ catalogue 2023, and ultimately landing my dream job as a formulation developer with the wonderful Swifiss AG team.https://www.swifiss.ch/uber-unsI create balance with formulating by enjoying a coffee and book in my garden and taking long walks in nature with my family.
