I work on the implementation of the Automation roadmap to realize WFP’s vision to transform the organization into a modern, productive and paper-less office by reducing or eliminating manual processes, thereby ensuring that its human capital can be dedicated to helping the most vulnerable. As a part of the 2023 Automation Workplan, Citizen Development is a critical component of WFP’s automation journey. It empowers our staff to solve problems and create the solutions they need. I’m working with the Automation Working Group (AWG) (a Business and Technology cross-functional team) and several Technology teams in HQ and Regional/Country offices to support development and deployment of automations.

During my professional career, I have gained extensive experience in (a) Innovation e Digital Transformation roadmap implementation, (b) optimization of Governance and Operating Models, (c) Risk Analysis, with particular focus on Business Continuity in complex organizational business environments.I cover a role of innovation development and change management in Protiviti Italy and I support the strategy development, governance and implementation of Digital Transformation services (in connection with International practice). I am actually responsible for Intelligent Process Automation Services.
