This included conducting mock interviews, providing feedback on their responses, and helping them craft compelling stories that highlighted their relevant experience and qualifications.Through this process, I was able to help the candidates feel more confident and prepared for their interviews, which ultimately led to several of them being offered the positions they applied for. As a skilled and experienced dental technician, I have over 15 years of experience working in the dental industry. I am well-versed in all aspects of dental laboratory technology, including fabricating and repairing dentures, crowns, bridges, and orthodontic appliances. I am proficient in using a wide range of dental materials, including ceramics, metals, and plastics, and have a strong understanding of dental anatomy and occlusion. I am also experienced in working with digital dentistry technology and CAD/CAM systems. I possess strong attention to detail, good manual dexterity and excellent problem-solving skills, which allow me to produce high-quality dental prosthetics that meet or exceed patient expectations.
