Plan ongoing Chapel program for 1000+ students twice each week; recruit speakers for chapel; develop and evaluate chapel program; preach and teach in large and small group settings; counsel, mentor, and coach students; lead University committees related to Spiritual Life and formation; Supervise professional and student staff; manage budget; curriculum development; advocate for the student body to receive excellent spiritual care and development opportunities; recruit and train small group leaders; oversee all programming related to spiritual life on campus.

Pastoral care, support, and opportunities for spiritual growth for University students and young adults; teach and train the congregation to reach out to the community; leadership in preaching, teaching, and worship; develop relationships with leaders in the Anderson community; cast vision; program development and evaluation; volunteer recruitment.

Respond to the physical, emotional, relational, and spiritual needs of college women through individual counseling, assistance in finding resolutions in the midst of conflict; develop hall programs; train, supervise, and teach a team of resident assistants; mentor students; manage budget; work with the Department of Student Life to work toward student development and University related goals.
