Research and Design

Research and development of 21st century curriculum and design; developed strategies, curriculum and professional development programs for new schools-most recently early childhood and elementary schools. Collaborated on physical design of school buildings. Created a curricular design intended to grow with a child from preschool to high school, deeply rooted in project based learning, positive psychology and neuroscience. Developed universal curriculums for all learners.

Taught in multiage classroom grades 3rd and 4th. Collaborated with a team of teachers, counselors and administrators to design programs that met the individual needs of our students.
