• Investigate and respond to Cyber Security incidents and provide regular reports on Global level while collaborating with teams in San Antonio, Texas & Trivandrum, India.• Analyze cyber security events that occur on the network and endpoints.• Assist in the ongoing Operations of the (SOC) Security Operations Center.• Hands on knowledge in Splunk, Carbon Black, RSA Archer, Log data (Proxy, SEP AV, Bluecoat), Cisco IPS, Microsoft Active Directory, Firewalls (checkpoint) and Stealth-watch and utilize Open Source tools.• Knowledge of Network fundamentals, OSI Model and protocols (TCP/IP, FTP,DNS, SMTP, HTTP, HTTPS).

Responsible for monitoring conditions, investigating potential incidents of abuse and neglect of adults and children confined in public and/or private mental health facilities in Georgia. Examined complaints of excessive chemical restraint from individuals with disabilities or from family members on their behalf. Consulted with attorneys, physicians, therapists and others to identify barriers and made decisions on a course of care action. Coordinated efforts of GAO with Atlanta Legal Aid to achieve improved outcomes, and assisted attorneys in organizing and presenting evidence in legal actions.

The (ADA), the single most important piece of legislation to improve the lives of people with disabilities. • Developed and maintains written materials and other informational pieces to broadly disseminate information regarding the ADA in Pickens.• Serves as the central intake for matters relating to the ADA with responsibilities relating to compliance.• Ensures the timely filing of all required compliance reports.• Maintains a record of all disability and accommodation issues and the resolution of each.
