I’m a geologist with passion for reconstruction of the past geological environments. I believe, a rock sample, a grain of sand or a tiny fossil has a story to tell!💎Currently I’m a mineralogist in the museum of Natural History in Stockholm where I’m curating mineral collections acquired by pioneering geologists as early as in 1700s. 🦕 Previously, I’ve had privilege to work in the conservation laboratory in GEAL Paleontological muséo of Loriñha, Portugal, with fossilised Jurassic flora & fauna.🚢 During my studies, I’ve been part of Arctic Expedition to northern Greenland in 2019, working onboard I/S Oden with acoustic data acquisition.I’ve done fieldworks across the globe & visited some advanced laboratories such as MARUM in Bremen to study marine sediment cores from IOD Program & even CERN in Geneva to discover how CERN’s accelerator complex operates.🐚My MSc project focused on reconstructing paleo-climate in Arctic during interglacials MIS-5 & MIS-11. 🌊 My BCs project was dedicated to the acoustic oceanographic studies of Baltic Sea.📝 As a next step in my scientific career I’m interested in doctoral studies in geology. 👩🏻‍⚖️ Except the geoscience, I’m a holder of Master of Laws degree & previously have a 12 yr long legal career, before evolving into science.
