♡ I have been practicing yoga for the last twelve years, and my journey began when I moved to Ireland. Yoga has profoundly changed my life, allowing me to connect deeply with myself. Over the years, it has become more than just a practice; it is a way of life that continually enriches my soul.♡ Before settling in Ireland, I lived in Spain and Panama. These diverse experiences have shaped my perspective and enriched my practice, allowing me to bring a unique blend of cultural influences to my yoga classes.♡ My background was camera operator for TV , freelance photographer. ♡ My yoga classes are designed to focus on strength, awareness, and breathing. Through these elements, I aim to help my students build a strong physical foundation, enhance their mental focus, and cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness. ♡ In addition to yoga, I love cooking, dancing, traveling, pilates, fitness, spending time with my family and friends, and meeting new people.
