I have since expanded on my passion and worked as Prison Research Advisor for Her Majesty's Prison and Probation Service and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime conducting research in Nigeria, South Africa, and the United Kingdom.I have been trained in crime investigation and analysis and I believe that crime and prison research is at the core of effective crime prevention strategies, which, in turn, affects crime reduction and rehabilitation. Additionally, by working as the Equalities Officer in a female prison, I have extended my knowledge of diversity and inclusion and have a continuously growing interest in human rights.I am also highly engaged within the professional sports community. I currently volunteer as the Deputy Secretary General of the World Dodgeball Federation (WDBF), am Head of Development at the European Dodgeball Federation (EDF) and play for the Czech National Women's and Mixed Dodgeball Team.
