Responsible for consultation and services to People Services, leaders and business partners to identify current and future talent needs and develop strategy and process to fulfill the needs with top talent, both internally and externally. Provide direction, guidance and support on company-wide recruitment strategies, policies, issues and challenges. Responsible for identifying areas of improvement in providing recruitment services to the organization and for developing best-in-class recruiting and sourcing methodologies that produce high-performing new employees.
