BAGS search is an IT service (website) that allows airports, airlines and handlers to work in one information space using standardized IATA documents and notifications for passengers

-inspected and verified passenger documentation;-assisted passengers as needed through arrival and check in processes (UM,VIP);-directed passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine;-issued boarding passes and rescheduled including handling and fee calculation;-made public address announcements in baggage hall;-assisted passengers with claims for missing/damaged bags at baggage hall;-tracked and reconciled all claims filed by customers;-operated equipment to include the jet way, computer keyboards, and carrier specific reservation/ticketing software.

-Support with recruitment and onboarding processes such as posting positions, reviewing/ assessing resumes, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, preparing offer letters, facilitating new hire documentation and participating in new staff orientation as needed-Support with employee and labour relations initiatives/projects and provide operational support to internal clients such as taking minutes, preparing documentation for employee communication, assist with preparing and facilitating training initiatives, conduct research for policies and procedures as required, creation of job descriptions, and compensation research-Assist with processes related to benefit and pension administration, leave of absence coordination, and health and safety protocols-Support of the further development of our HRIS and applicant tracking systems-Assistance in the development of learning materials for patient facing staff-Providing back-up and administrative support to other positions as required-Assistance with file management project (employee filing, archiving, file audits)
