● Provide full-scope well-woman GYN, family planning, antenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and primary care in an urban clinic and hospital setting serving a diverse population.● Lead a team based model of care, collaborating with interdisciplinary staff to provide safe, satisfying care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.● Developed the midwifery clinical practice at the Farmington clinic location since October 2021, grew OB/GYN caseload to two full days per week. Did outreach and organizing to increase patient volume and educate the community about the new clinic site. Worked with leadership across clinical sites and the director of perinatal care to direct needed resources to the Farmington clinic. The clinic was recognized by Dakota County Public Health in 2023 for our work to decrease health disparities in the county.● Established group prenatal care in MCC clinics by initiating a grant writing process to secure funding from March of Dimes to provide organization-wide training in Centering Pregnancy. Worked to create a unique model of group prenatal care specifically to serve our patient population, Circle of Mothers.● Became first provider in the organization trained to provide implantable subdermal contraception with Implanon in 2006, increasing options for highly effective contraception to our patients.● Member in good standing of the medical staff at Regions Hospital since 2005.
