Thank you for this opportunity to share a little about me.I am a caring, kind, and motivated individual. My leadership style is being a good listener, encourage from the heart, be resourceful, and create a positive work environment. One that promotes teamwork, growth and advancement. Leading by example, accountability, and mentoring are are keys to my success.I am very humbled by having the opportunity to begin my state employment career as a young adult. I started out going to a junior college and then was offered to work as a state government employee. In place of my degree, I took several training courses over 25 plus years to achieve the skills, experience, and knowledge, of government business practices that I demonstrate today.
