- Strategic partner and HR advisor of a Focus Factory and of the R&D team- Enabling both the short-term and long-term strategy of the local business clients in line with corporate and local HR policies- Supporting organizational changes- Implementation and support of projects that contributes to the long-term goals of the company- Finding synergies and contribute to harmonization in the whole employee lifecycle- Continuous reporting about HR related KPIs in order to support decision making (e.g. fluctuation, sick leave, etc.)
