With thirty years as a trial attorney in the areas of business law, copyright and trademark law, estate planning, probate, trust, employment law, and civil litigation, Harper's legal practice emphasizes advising clients proactively and she holds the AEP Accredited Estate Planner designation from the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils.Ms. Harper is admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. District Court, 9th Circuit, and California Supreme Court and practices before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and Trademark Trial and Appeals Board. She is a member of the Ventura and Los Angeles County Bar Associations, and Business, Intellectual Property and Estate and Trusts Sections of the State Bar of California. She is a member of and current President of the Conejo Valley Estate Planning Council, Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity and Daughters of the American Revolution Member. She is a Graduate of Ventura College of Law; Marymount University; Regent’s College, London, England; and a proud alumnae and past Chairwoman of the Board of La Reina High School.
